Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two shipping methods to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95) – Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping – Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment
International Shipping Note: We ship worldwide except to Asia and certain remote areas. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our products, but understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Our hassle-free return policy ensures your shopping experience remains as smooth as our best-selling sandals.
Return Policy Details
- Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
- All items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached and in original packaging
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
Important Hygiene Note: For hygiene reasons, Slippers and Sandals/Flip Flops marked as final sale cannot be returned unless defective.

Refund Process
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchange Process
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly indicate your desired replacement item in your return request
- We’ll ship your new item once we process the return
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference and new shipping costs
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Teva gear arrives damaged or defective:

- Include photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund

International Returns
For our global adventurers (excluding Asia and certain remote areas):
